Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

DB InfraGo is informing about disruptions in the Fulda-Bronnzell area due to necessary construction work.
From Friday, 10.07.2026 to Thursday, 30.07.2026 several switches will be replaced in several stages. A partial closure is necessary and train operations will be single-track during this time.
Due to the resulting limited track availability, not all trains can operate in weeks 29 and 30. We have had to reduce our capacity, which has already led to a fully booked situation.
From the current perspective, the next available export capacity is from week 31.
The next available import capacity is from week 30.
The overall situation in rail traffic will remain tense for the foreseeabel future.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
