Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Seaport terminals report that some operations have resumed, albeit with restrictions.
Hamburg, Terminal Tollerort, Clearing work ist sill required in the access road, operations are expected to resume on Monday morning, 12.01.2026.
Heavy fog and low temperatures down to -16°C further complicated the situation over the weekend.
Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) approach control remains active.
Export trains cannot enter the German rail network until Monday, 12.01.2026.
As a consequence, delays and train cancellations are also expected during week 3.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
