Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

The overall situation in rail traffic remains very strained.
Hamburg, CTA Terminal, handling backlog of approx. 16 hours.
Since Monday, 09.02.2026, a container pairing of incoming oud outgoing trains has been required at Terminal CTA.
Due to a technical malfunction, truck handling is currently not taking place at Terminals CTA, Burchardkai and Tollerort. There is currently no forecast for resolving the malfunction.
Additional terminal slots or special slots are currently unavailable.
As a result, further delays are to be expected, short-notice train changes or cancellations are possible.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
