Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Due to the effects of an IT disruption Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) imposed a shunting ban for the entire port of Hamburg.
Intensive work is being done to resolve the problem, a prognosis for the resolution cannot currently be estimated.
Delays are to be expected as a consequence and train cancellations cannot be ruled out.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
