Restriction of rail traffic

Important updates

Due to an IT problem, no shunting operations have been possible in Hamburg since Monday, 16.09.2024, 08:00 a.m.
Terminals cannot process slots, rail handling is also not possible.
There is currently no forecast as to when the problem will be solved.
As a result, significant backlogs are to be expected in the Port of Hamburg, train delays and cancellations are very likely.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
